Azure Devops WIKI
Version 1.0 · Last updated 2026-06-10
Context
Azure DevOps Wiki is the built-in documentation space in Microsoft’s Azure DevOps, where engineering teams keep project and product knowledge next to their code and work items. It is known for living right inside the development workflow.
With Unless, your Azure Devops WIKI content feeds Living Knowledge, the engine that keeps your business knowledge current. Your wiki pages flow in as grounding data and publish to a Help Center on autopilot, so your AI customer agent answers from your own documentation, always current.
This is where Living Knowledge differs from a built-in help center: it combines and deduplicates everything you connect, from documents and tickets to websites and merge requests, into one holistic, always-current Help Center, instead of a view limited to a single tool.
Key benefits
- Better data quality: Unless ingests the exact content of your Azure Devops WIKI wiki pages, without the navigation and footer clutter a website import brings.
- Always current: When your Azure Devops WIKI content changes, Living Knowledge updates, so the agent never answers from something stale.
How does it work?
Unless pulls content from Azure Devops WIKI into Living Knowledge, where it becomes grounding data for your AI customer agent and feeds the public Help Center embedded in the agent.
