Do you support MCP servers?

Yes. Unless can connect to your own MCP server, which lets you expose internal tools, custom APIs, or proprietary data sources to the agent through a standard protocol. The agent reads and acts through MCP the same way it does through any other connector, with the same audit trail.

Why do integrations matter for the agent?

Because an agent without context is a chatbot. Integrations let the agent see who the customer is, what they bought, what they have asked before, and where they are stuck. The same connection lets the agent update a record, file a ticket, or change a plan with full audit.

What does IT need to do to set up an integration?
