WhatsApp Business Cloud is the official API for reaching customers on WhatsApp. With Unless, you deploy your AI customer agent there too.

Install instructions
Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the WhatsApp Business Cloud integration. This will open a popup where you can connect WhatsApp Business Cloud and set up the channel.
