The web channel is the chat experience that lives directly on your website. With Unless, you deploy your AI customer agent there too.

Unless deploys your AI customer agent on Web and hands off to a human with full context when the AI reaches its limit.
Install instructions
Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Web integration. This will open a popup where you can connect Web and set up the channel.
