How does it work?

Unless pulls content from OneDrive for Business into Living Knowledge. It becomes grounding data for your AI customer agent and feeds the public Help Center embedded in the agent.

Install instructions

Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the OneDrive for Business integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your OneDrive for Business account and set up the integration.
