Unless deploys your AI customer agent on Telegram and hands off to a human with full context when the AI reaches its limit.

Install instructions

Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Telegram integration. This will open a popup where you can connect Telegram and set up the channel.
