Circleback is an AI meeting-notes tool, and its MCP server exposes your notes and action items to AI. With Unless, the Circleback MCP server plugs into Living Context.

Your AI customer agent can query Circleback as part of a conversation. Every request carries explicit permissions: what the agent does alone, what needs approval, and what is off limits.

How does it work?

Unless connects to the Circleback MCP server through Living Context, so your agent can run permissioned queries against Circleback and show its work on every step.

Install instructions

Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Circleback integration. This will open a popup where you can connect the Circleback MCP server and set up the integration.
