Stack Exchange

Context
Stack Exchange is a network of public question-and-answer communities covering many technical topics. With Unless, relevant Q&A flows into Living Knowledge as an external reference source, alongside your own content.
These public answers become extra grounding data the agent can draw on for technical questions. Your own sources still take priority, and the agent cites where each answer comes from.
This is where Living Knowledge differs from a built-in help center: it combines and deduplicates everything you connect, from documents and tickets to websites and merge requests, into one holistic, always-current Help Center, instead of a view limited to a single tool.
Key benefits
- Relevant, not noisy: Unless pulls the specific questions and answers relevant to your domain, not whole pages of clutter.
- Always current: Stack Exchange content is public and changes often, so Living Knowledge refreshes what it pulls to stay accurate.
How does it work?
Unless pulls relevant Q&A from Stack Exchange into Living Knowledge, where it becomes supplementary grounding data your AI agent can draw on for technical questions.
