Help Scout Docs is the knowledge base module of Help Scout, used to publish help articles. With Unless, that content flows into Living Knowledge, the engine that keeps your business knowledge current.
Sources become the grounding data your agent answers from, and a public Help Center publishes on autopilot, SEO covered. Every search becomes a conversation, and every conversation becomes an outcome.
This is where Living Knowledge differs from a built-in help center: it combines and deduplicates everything you connect, from documents and tickets to websites and merge requests, into one holistic, always-current Help Center, instead of a view limited to a single tool.

How does it work?
Unless pulls content from Help Scout Docs into Living Knowledge. It becomes grounding data for your AI customer agent and feeds the public Help Center embedded in the agent.
Install instructions
Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Help Scout Docs integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your Help Scout Docs account and set up the integration.
